Understanding legal terminology is useful for master degree students , but also for those looking to improve their understanding of government and the community.Legal systems consider rights and responsibilities in a variety of ways. A general distinction can be made between civil law jurisdictions, which codify their laws, and common law systems, where judge made laws are not codified.
The language of law differs from most other role-specific languages in that legal language is culture-bound and intertwined with each particular society and its legal system. Legal language is not a universal language. It is developed in laws or sentences, in administrative acts or in private negotiations, and it is always based in the dialectical relationship between being and having to be, between legal prescription and concrete case. Understanding general legal terminology is useful in a variety of fields, and in understanding civic duty.

English language proficiency: As English is the language of instruction in many master's degree programs, having a solid foundation in English language skills, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking, is essential.
Basic knowledge of English grammar and vocabulary: Understanding basic grammar rules and having a sufficient vocabulary in English is important for comprehending and using academic terminology.
Familiarity with academic reading and writing skills: Developing skills in academic reading, such as identifying main ideas, summarizing, and critically analyzing texts,
Background knowledge of the field of study: Depending on the field of study for the master's degree, having some background knowledge of the subject matter can be advantageous for learning English terminology.
Motivation and self-directed learning skills: Learning English terminology for a master's degree may require independent study, research, and self-directed learning.

In order for the student to be able to understand all the concepts that are addressed during the lecture and to be able to carry out all the learning activities, I expect from you:
Continuous browsing of the Moodle portal, writing down all the information and taking pens for everything that was published, in addition to participating in discussions and asking all the questions that you could not answer, and exchanging opinions and viewpoints on the topics raised in order to enrich the gains and information.

تعتمد المهارات المستهدفة على ثلاثة ركائز و هي : المعارف ، الخبرة القانونية المكتسبة ، توظيف المعرفة، و تعتبر هذه الكفاءات مهمة في عملية التعلم و تحتاج الى منهجية لتكون قدرا على تحقيقها، كما ستدعم بتقويمات لاختبار قدرة الطالب على استيعاب المعلومات المقدمة و تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة بالنسبة للمعرفة :
يكتسب الطالب كفاءة القدرة على التعرف و التعلم و فهم قواعد اللغة الانجليزية ، و تُكتسب هذه الكفاءة عن طريق تخزين كل المعلومات و المفاهيم الخاصة بالدرس و تدعّم هذه الكفاءة بتمارين و أسئلة نظرية حول مدى فهم و استيعاب المعلومات .
الخبرة المكتسبة من المعرفة :
وهي كيفية تطبيق هذه المعارف و المفاهيم و المعلومات حول اللغة الانجليزية،تدعم هذه الكفاءة ببعض التمارين المختلفة التي تزيد من استيعاب الدرس و تثري المفاهيم المقدمة.
توظيف المعرفة :
و هي تتمثل في تطبيق المفاهيم و الاجراءات القانونية المكتسبة على ارض الواقع اي كل المصطلحات القانونية باللغة الانجليزية

من خلال هذا المقياس يتمكن الطالب من :
تحفيز الطالب على استعادة المعلومات من الذاكرة بهدف استحضار ما لديه من مكتسبات قبلة تتعلق باالدعوى العمومية (المعرفة و التذكر)
الطالب يحدد مختلف المفاهيم المتعلقة بالمحور،من خلال بعض الاسئلة المنتوعة انطلاقا مما تم الاستفادة منه و فهمه .(الفهم و الاستيعاب)
يستخدم الطالب في هذا المستوى المكتسبات النظرية و يطلب منه تطبيقها في شكل خطوات اجرائية و عملية متسلسلة
من خلال هذه المرحلة يميز الطالب و يفكك الادوات و الوسائل القانونية و العملية المتعلقة بالدرس (التحليل).

التقييم النهائي من خلال :
-التقييم عن طريق امتحان حضوري كتابي ،يبرمج في نهاية السداسي و يحتوي على كل ما تم تناوله في البرنامج بالاضافة الى بحوث فردية 50% .
- المتابعة المستمرة و التي تكون عبر الرابط يدخل في النقطة النهائية للمقياس بنسبة 40 % مقسم بين 30% امتحان قصير و بعد كل فصل و 10%ل المشاركة عبر الحصص المبرمجة عبر الخط.
معدل النجاح في هذا المقياس يكون اكثر أو يساوي 10من 20 .
